Booking Policies
- Once you submit your reservation, personal, and payment details through our site, you will be charged and we will immediately reserve the services or products you've specified in your order and send you a confirmation by email.
- Generally, cancellations and changes can be made with at least 24 hours advance notice. Please note, however, that any cancellations or changes will ultimately be allowed at the discretion of individual service or product providers, e.g. hotels, airlines, golf clubs and Viksun cannot therefore make any such guarantees. If allowed, cancellations and changes will incur a 10 USD service fee per party reservation.
- For flights, no paper ticket is required, but you must present your passport at the airport to receive a boarding pass. Due to the limitations imposed by Chinese airlines, no cancellations, reservation changes, or transfers can be made once your flight is booked.
- Disclaimer: Viksun provides a reservation service only, and is not liable for any financial or other losses or injuries associated with the reserved services or products.
- No cancellations or refunds can be made on special offers.
