World's First Undersea Hotel Is Expected to Settle in Sanya

November 3, at Eadry Resort Sanya, Wang Yong, Mayor of Sanya City, met with Joachim Hauser, President of Hydrovision, a Swiss company that will invest 2.5 billion yuan to build the world’s first undersea resort at Small Moon Bay within the Tourism Zone of Big & Small Caves of Heaven. Joachim Hauser’s Sanya trip this time focuses on discussion of cooperation with the Sanya municipal government regarding this huge project.

Mayor Wang expressed high appreciation of Hydrovision choosing Sanya for this project and promised providing all facilities and convenience for this amazing and huge project to be completed smoothly in Sanya. While expressing gratitude to Sanya government’s strong support, Joachim reassured Wang that this totally enclosed project will produce zero pollution to the marine. He said he has always attached great importance to environmental protection, and established a marine conservation fund to encourage and reward those who have contributed to marine protection each year.

Also present at the meeting are directors of Sanya Municipal Government Office, Sanya Municipal Planning and Construction Bureau, and Sanya Ocean and Fishery Bureau.
