This morning Jilin City Police issued an emergency notice that around 4:30am to 6:00am four soldiers of a division of the People's Liberation Army that's stationed in Jilin City escaped from troops, carrying with them a 95-style automatic rifle plus 795 bullets. Identified by name, they're Lin Penghan, Yang Fan, Li Xinxin, and Zhang Xinyan, all born between 1988 and 1993.

In case they might commit major malignant crimes incurring casualties or property damages, Jilin City police asked the banks as well as gold stores to strengthen their security forces and report suspicious circumstances immediately, meanwhile advising those without the ability to protect themselves to suspend business operations for the moment.
