Jan 13 Hainan Maritime Safety Administration held a press conference to announce its updated regulation on yachting in Hainan, making yachting around the tropical island enjoy the highest privileges in China with recognition of offshore yachting license, permitting foreigners to attain a yachting license in Hainan, simplifying the examination of imported yachts, and removing compulsory pilotage for offshore yachts.
